Therefore, research and logistics enterprises, human resource management issues is a very meaningful thing.Today’s world rapidly changing customer needs, the rapid development of technological change, the deepening of economic globalization, enterprises are faced with multiple, rapidly changing competitive pressures. Intense and volatile market environment, competition is a dynamic feature, the success of the competition, depending on the forecast of market trends and respond quickly to changing market demands. In this competitive situation, the enterprise must strategically with a high degree of flexibility, according to its own market environment to develop and implement appropriate development strategies, while also able to efficiently mobilize various resources for the enterprise strategic services. Conditions of the knowledge-based economy, the traditional source of competitive advantage (such as capital, land, etc.) can no longer scarce, inimitable way to create value. Path dependence and the fuzzy causal relationship between the characteristics of human resources due to the value creation process, difficult for competitors to detect and imitate in terms of staff cognitive attitude and atmosphere, and thus become important to rely on sustainable competitive advantage. In the case of human resources has become a strategic business resource, human resource management and corporate strategy more closely together. China’s WTO accession, China’s logistics industry increasingly facing tougher competition and challenges. Competition among enterprises is ultimately a talent competition, the domestic enterprises if there is no scientific, reasonable, effective human resources development and management programs, highly qualified personnel, will not be able to adapt to this situation. Therefore, to accelerate human resources development and management of logistics enterprises is urgent need to address the major issues of logistics enterprises. The performance appraisal is a very important role in promoting the completion of the strategic objectives of the organization of the logistics enterprises, grassroots positions of logistics enterprises in this industry-specific performance appraisal analysis and research, from the completion of the strategic objectives of business organization and to achieve this angle, as an example of a logistics enterprise, combined with the overall development objectives of the logistics enterprises on the basis of in-depth understanding and analysis of the status quo of corporate human resources, building the set of features and characteristics of the primary job performance evaluation program for reference and analysis, and hope can be valuable in practice, continuous improvement and improved in order to promote the use of in the industry.
