Security Control System Construction And Research Of Tianchen Coal Mine

The coal enterprises are facing complex security management situation, and mine safety has become a focus of people’s attention. Our country along with the amount of coal mining and mining depth increasing, security issues have become increasingly prominent, and the talent behind the concept, staff turnover, work intensity, poor working conditions, a single economic system, extensive management, lack of reserve resources, industry sustainability restricted itself to shortcomings and brought a major obstacle to coal enterprise development. The recent nuclear energy catastrophic for the energy industry pattern brings the huge influence, to the coal industry safety management brings new pressures and challenges, and all are warning of the grim situation of coal mine production safety and increase coal mine safety management level of urgency and necessity.This article from the security control theory, based on the actual management of Tian Chen mine which is the representation of coal mine after the integration of coal industry, on basis of the security problem analysis and discussion, puts forward safety management study basic, basis and method.
