The Influence Of The Construction Organization Design Of Highway Project Cost

Since our country join WTO,construction market economy system established and continuous improvement and the competition in construction is very intense.only to improve their own core competitiveness and the control level then can get in this environment live with development.And to occupy the absolute upper hand in the market only have to control project quality, schedule and budget by this two aspect strengthening. Obviously, this study is very necessary.This thesis recognized the influenced factors of highway project cost in construction organization design and to utilize ISM model made a structural analysis of influenced factors on the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of the construction project, cost structure and the content contained in construction organization design.thnn obtained the two main influenced fators of highway project cost:construction scheme and resource allocation plan.Aimed at the two factors, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (ahp) and ant colony optimization (aco)were introduced into it to optimize it respectively,finially put forward related suggestion of construction organization design optimization from the point of view of cost controlThe flowlling are progress of this thesis in above-mentioned research field:Summarized the characteristics of highway construction project in highway engineering and engineering construction after further researched the relation analysis of construction organization design and highway project cost. Classified the cost structure of highway project characteristic by time, operating costs included in the cost of the guard and cost target,and confirmed the main content of construction organization designFurther researched the basic concept of ISM model and application program,obtained the conclusion that construction scheme and the allocation optimization of resources are the most important to the cost influences through to utilize ISM model made a structural analysis of the influence factors of construction organization design to project costMade a presentation of importance and certain precondition of highway project construction scheme selection.Further researched the basic concept of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP) and application program.At last.proceed selection research of construction scheme by this conclusionIn the empirical analysis, structural analyzed the inluenced factor of cost by ISM model combined the Huixing highway No.16contraband proceed selection to construction sheme by blurry hierarchy,finially chosed sheme C,and come up with measures of construction organization design optimization to reduce cost.
