Research On Rural Social Security Of Northern Jiangsu Province

As the process of industrialization and urbanization accelerate, the importance and urgency of rural social security system is becoming prominent increasingly. The17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the goal of building a nationwide social security system which includes urban and rural residents. Degree of perfection of rural social security system play a vital role in realizing our goals, such as solving the problems with rural economy, rural development and rural demography, promoting the all-round development of rural economy and society, building the new socialist countryside, and constructing a "Harmonious Society". It has a profound sense to solve the problem about social security system of rural residents. On the basis of Status of rural social security in Northern Jiangsu, in this article, we take Yao Gou township as an example, find out the existing problems of rural social security work, analyze the factors in depth which influence the social security in rural areas in northern Jiangsu, and try to propose a series of measures on how to improve the level of the social security in these places, according to the reality of rural areas in northern Jiangsu, with a view to making contributions to the building of rural social security. The main contents are as follows:The introduction elaborates the background of the article and the significance of study, reviewed the literature related to subject, briefly introduces the research methods and framework of this article.The first chapter, the auther expounds the concepts and theories related to the rural social security, and introduces the theoretical basis of writing this article.The second chapter carries analysis on the condition of the social security in Yao gou of Suqian City.we mainly investigate the historical evolution of social security in Yao gou township since the foundation of a new China, then analyzes a range of issues in depth existing in the work condition of rural social security in Yao gou township.The third Chapter makes research on the factors which impact the rural social security in northern Jiangsu. The author considers the following factors which leads to the rural social security situation of northern Jiangsu:the policy, conditions, capital input mechanism and management system. In the process of analysis, we pay attention to using comparative method, we compare the situation of northern Jiangsu with southern and central Jiangsu areas.The fourth Chapter mainly researches the countermeasures on how to improve the level of the rural social security in northern Jiangsu. Primarily in the following areas:the first is to cement the economic foundations, speed up the adjustment of industrial structure, second to reform the investment mechanism and the management system. Make sure all the eligible rural poor will receive the minimum living security system’s benefits to which they are entitled, bettering the model of new rural cooperative medical system, pushing forward new-type rural social endowment insurance system actively according to arrangement of the government’s policy.The conclusion part carries on the out line on the foundation of this article content, point out where it is insufficient and will have to be improved in the article. Finally, the author look forward to the future of rural social security.
