| MEP(Ministry of environmental protection of PRC) approved and issured the "State Ⅲ " vehicle emissions standards on April15,2005, and declared in June2007, that the National Ⅲ standards (equivalent to Europe Ⅲ vehicle emission standards), will be implemented throughout the country from July1,2007, thus China’s auto emission control will enter into a new stage.Asimco-nanyue (Hengyang) is a professional manufacturer that produce high-pressure diesel fuel injection pumps, with more than40years of production experience in the fuel injection system field。Currently we produced EUP products in volume,and delivered to the market,and these EUP pumps fully meet the national Ⅲ standard.but our company met a big problem, the problem is that one of our key components EUP’s FTP is not high, the current FTP is only80%-85%, so there will be a lot of reworks,this is not only a massive waste but also affected the market deliveries.our domestic manufacturers faced some very strong foreign competitors they are the world’s top maker of fuel injection systems.Through the EUP quality improvement study, I hope to use the6Sigma quality managements to improve the electronic unit pump (EUP) quality, the most important thing is to raise the FTP at least12%. And the same time the reliability of our products will be strengthened as soon as possible, if this, our new products will rapidly enter into our domestic market, and stand a place in the market. And even through this systematic study, I hope to explore how we use the6Sigma mothed effectively in our automotive industries, and then improve the quality of our products and enhance our market core competence. |
