The Implementation Study For Quality Management Tools In X Company Product Development

The modern society activities cannot running well without program. Quality is the baseof a product life. Product quality and program quality are one of core competitiveness of acompany. So, quality management always acts as key behavior in a company and program.Series effective quality tool had been set up during hundred years of progress forinternational automobile industry. In90’s, came with domestic auto company cooperatedwith international auto company, lots of excellent manage tool has been introduced, domesticquality management level made big progress, but still behind of them compare withinternational level, especial for self-owned brand.The thesis study theory of quality manage tool on APQP, FMEA,6sigma, G8D firstly,then based on X company self-owned brand product development program T16, study howto implement international quality management tool, such as APQP，FMEA，6sigma inT16, and improve quality management of self-owned band.T16program is the first RHD vehicle development program in self-brand product, lotsof quality issues has been found during prototype build and MP. Failure on2/4level Fanadjustment and particles on painting are top2issues, and delivery time had been delayedseriously. We use G8D tool to analyse and resolve failure on2/4level Fan adjustment issue,use6sigma tool to analyse and resolve particles on painting issue at the same time, improveprogram quality.The thesis study international quality manage tool base on self-brand productimplement, improve company quality manage level, and made big performance. Domesticquality management development will make a further progress on deepness and breadth,along with global progress.
