Evaluation And Optimization Of A Modern Industrial System Of Urban Agglomerationin Hercy

The21st century is the century that urban agglomerations leading economic development, while the status of urban agglomerations lie not in the number of cities or the urban size, but the role it played in the country or region. This effect was judged through the industrial structure of the urban agglomerations and the nature, status and role in the country or region, that was the share of urban agglomerations in the national or even international division. Building modern industrial system of the urban agglomerations was an effective way to deal with outstanding problems in current economic development of urban agglomerations, to achieve balanced regional development, to enhance the international competitiveness of the industry and to response to the increasingly fierce competition at home and abroad.Fujian’s urbanization and industrialization has been in the rapid development since the21st century. With the document "Several Proposals on Supporting Fujian Province to Accelerate the Construction of West Coast Economic Zone" promulgated by the State Council, and "The Co-ordinated Development Plan of Urban Agglomerations of the West Side" officially approved by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the urban agglomerations of the west side started to enter a new stage of development. Meanwhile, in the document "Proposals of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan in Fujian" passed by the Fujian Provincial Party Eighth Plenary Session of10, it was clearly said that to build the important base of advanced manufacturing of the eastern coastal areas and together with the modern industrial system.This paper was based on the principles of the modern industrial system and the interaction of urban agglomerations. Firstly, measuring and analyzing the development status of the industrial system of Hercynian urban agglomerations. Secondly, from the angle of Hercynian urban agglomerations, using the evaluation index system of the modern industry to compare and analyze the difference of modern industrial system between Hercynian urban agglomerations and the Pearl River Delta urban agglomerations, and then to identify the problems of modern industrial system of Hercynian urban agglomerations. Meanwhile, offer some advice to modern industrial system of the urban clusters in Hercy.
