Research On IT Project Risk Management Of T Company Based On Project Critical Path

Entering the 21 st century,with the introduction of project management knowledge system and certification by Project Management Institute and the International Project Management Association,the two big international organization of project management,the discipline of project management has been gradually understand and accepted by organizations and individuals.Project management technology has become popular and been applied in walks of life,It was first applied in the construction industry,and then gradually expand to various fields.Chinese IT industry has been rapidly developed in the 21 st century,the knowledge system of the project management in the IT industry get rapidly popularized and applied,taking the guide of project management knowledge system raised by Project Management Association of the United States(referred to as: PMBOK)for an example,many organizations and institutes manage projects on the basic of PMBOK system in accordance with the construction project management system of organization and management.The subject of the research is T company,as a private high-tech enterprises,the company's main business is providing information application system construction,technical scheme and technical advisory for government agencies,forces,large enterprises and institutions.The company is the project company,all the company's sales income is realized through the form of project,the project is the only source of income of the company.Therefore,project management is one of the core work of company level.This article takes specific project of T company as a case,analyzed the company in the IT project risk management based on the theoretical basis to the actual case.With the risk management theory as the foundation,a kind of new IT project risk management ideas is put forward.The new idea mainly work on the decomposition structure to the foundation of IT project risk management,project critical path as the main line of the IT project risk management,and then identify,analyze,cope,and control the risk factors that might affect the success of the project to improve ability and level of T company's project risk management and improve project success rate.
