Human resources are strategic resource in the sustainable development of enterprise and society. For growth in terms of corporate performance, human resource training is one of extremely important motivation. But human resource training requires a process, the investment of enterprises human resource training will not necessarily be instantly and automatically converted to performance improvement, training effect will be individuals, organizations, training systems, impact assessment and other factors and impact.This article describes the main training theory and its development status, the effectiveness of training, training evaluation, assessment models and measurement methods, the training effectiveness of the enterprises concerned factors and the impact assessment literature and theory are summarized and analyzed, while the introduction of case studies experience of work and training as well as my work unit, the Central Plains Group, indicating the significant impact of the training staff a sense of belonging, efficiency and business efficiency, how to conduct effective training and some training on how to improve business performance proposal.
