As a result, knowledge sharing became an indispensable part of the enterprise knowledge management. Firstly, knowledge sharing avoids duplication of work. Secondly, it prevents the loss of knowledge resources caused by the loss of mem-bers to a large extent. Finally, it helps to obtain new knowledge resource, which will be good for organizational overall competitiveness and innovative perform-ance. So research on the impact of knowledge sharing to innovative performance in innovative enterprises is necessary.Different from others, this paper discussed the relevance among knowledge integration capability, innovation support, knowledge sharing and innovative per-formance from many aspects by using207questionnaires from innovative enter-prises issued by the state, as well as innovative enterprises of Shandong and Si-chuan provinces. Through the research of this paper, the conclusions were made as follows:(1) There was a remarkable positive relationship between traditional and electronic document exchange and innovative performance, informal group shar-ing and organizational communication as well.(2) Relationship between personal interaction and innovative performance was insignificant.(3) Knowledge integra-tion capability performed a positive regulatory role in the impact of traditional document exchange, electronic document exchange and organizational communi-cation on innovative performance, while informal group sharing was not the case.(4) Innovation support performed a positive regulatory role in the impact of tradi-tional document exchange, electronic document exchange, organizational commu-nication and informal group sharing on innovative performance. In fact, the sharing of knowledge as independent variables to studyless. Even some articles to study the impact of knowledge sharing on the performance, but for knowledge sharing on innovation performance, and even fewer, and this paper is to study for innovative enterprises, enterprise development after a certain guiding sig-nify cance, This is the innovation of this paper one.The second innovation is the introduction of knowledge integration and innovation to support these two adjust-ment variables to study the relationship between the commonality of knowledge and innovation performance. For knowledge integration between knowledge shar-ing and enterprise technical school, some scholars believe that the integration of knowledge is an intermediary variable, but the first time, knowledge integration variables as adjustment variables into the study of the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation performance, and the results of this study, data which confirmed the assumption of this article, did find the effect of regulation there, which is a major innovation of this study. Followed by measurement of di-mensions of the article uses the innovative support objects and samples of this study, combined with selected specific culture of the later scholars to reference the study of innovation support; In addition, as a regulator of the innovation sup-port variable is introduced between knowledge sharing and innovation perform-ance, innovation of this paper one.The main contents of this paper were the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovative performance, and the regulatory role of knowledge integra-tion capability and innovation support.
