The Research On Industrial Transformation And Upgrading For Resource-exhausted Cities

The resource-based cities along with the resources of the developmengt is beingconstructed or developed,survival and development of urban cities is over-relianceon the exploitation of natural resources,which has accelerated the depletion ofresources,these cities is being or is about to face the problems caused by resourcedepeltion.Resource-exhausted cities has become a pressing issue of impact ofsustained,healthy development,social and political stability.Jingdezhen as a typical exhausted city of kaolin resources, is Chinese porcelain,one of China’s ancient birthplace of the industrial,an important industrial basement inJiangxi, but the social contradictions social burdens, financial difficulties and otherissues brought by resource depletion, seriously plagued Jingdezhen’s sustainedeconomic,social stability and healthy development.For the realization of for Jingdezhen sustainable development, this paper basedon the theories of industrial economics, regional economics, circulareconomy,sustainable development, research on the transformation and upgrading ofindustrial of Jingdezhen, which is divided into five parts:Chapter I gives a introduction of the background, purpose and significance,domestic and foreign industrial transformation and upgrading of resource-exhaustedcities research trends.Chapter II combines the theories of industrial transformation andupgrading of resource-exhausted cities, and then explores the connotations of thecities. Chapter III upgrade the empirical research for the industrial transformation ofJingdezhen,and internal and external environment, analyzes the advantages,weaknesses, opportunities and challenges by understanding of the situation overview,industry structure analysis,,and then come to the industry transformation andupgrading of a suitable model of Jingdezhen,. On this basis, the paper presentsindustrial transformation and upgrading of the strategic program ofJingdezhen.Chapter IV, under the program the paper puts forward countermeasuresand suggestions.
