Research On Regional Differences Of Land Intensive Utilization In Development Zones

As an important base of the regional economic development, DevelopmentZone is a very important type of land use, which means great deal in drivingdevelopment of regional economic and improving urbanization level, meanwhile itespecially plays a good demonstration and radiation effect in promoting intensiveof Land Utilization. However, the phenomenon of waste and inefficient use of landstill exist in the Development Zone due to unclear orientation of function anduneven of the regional development.Based on the typical investigation, the differences of Land IntensiveUtilization about86Development Zones of the five natural regions in Anhuiprovince is analysis in this paper. Beside, stepwise regression analysis method isintroduced in the paper. And the important drivers of regional differences of LandIntensive Utilization of Development Zone in Anhui province are researched,including intensity of investment in fixed assets on industrial land, buildingcoefficient, land prices of Development Zone, the per capita GDP and the per areaof arable land of the region. Finally, the ways and measures to improve the intensityof land use in Development Zone are explored combining the features of human andnatural, development of economic and social of the five areas in Anhui province.
