Research On Competitiveness Evaluation Of Industrial Listed Companies

With further development of the economic globalization, Chinese enterprisefacing an increasingly fierce market competition. At present, China is still at theprimary stage of the new industrialization, Industrial enterprise occupies a leadingrole in the national economy, so it has practical significance to study thecompetitiveness of industrial enterprise, especially the industrial enterprise listedcompanies.This paper systematically elaborated the related theories of enterprisecompetitiveness, through systematic studying and learning from the research ofdomestic and foreign experts and scholars on the competitiveness evaluation indexsystem of the industrial enterprise listed companies, and using the method ofquestionnaire to screen and optimize among the index system, to construct the newcompetitiveness evaluation index system of the industrial enterprise listedcompanies. By using the factor analysis approach and expert consultation method towork out the weight of every evaluation index, establish a new competitivenessevaluation model of the industrial enterprise listed companies based on theevaluation index of evaluation standards.Through the basic situation analysis of industrial enterprise listed companiesin Anhui province, selected14industrial enterprise listed companies as researchsamples, and using the factor analysis method to evaluate the competitive level ofthe industrial enterprise listed companies in Anhui province. Finally, based on thepractical study and data analysis, found out the existing problems in thedevelopment of the industrial enterprise listed companies in Anhui province, andcame up with the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the competitivenessof the industrial enterprise listed companies, such as implementing talent strategy,improving the financial situation, enhancing the cooperative ability of productionand marketing, developing scientific and technological innovation, valuing thesocial contributions and so on.
