| With the rapid development of the economy, energy conservation has become one of the most important studies in the world. Energy conservation is an effective access to adjustment of economy structure and transition of economy development as well as scientific development. Therefore, from the angle of national level, industry level and enterprise development, it is an emergency for an enterprise to pay special attention to the energy conservation. In the thesis, the author took the company (CM) as a research object, used literature search, investigation research and theory integrating into practice and studied CM’s contract energy management. By presenting the study, the author hopes that CM could adopt contract energy management. Furthermore, because of depressed market and funds shortage, the author attempts to improve the technology of CM’s key energy procedure, aiming to reduce energy consumption, promote its competitive capacity and achieve the goal of "12th Five-Year Plan " as soon as possible.In this paper,it has drawn a conclusion that the company (CM) adopt the contract energy management to carry out the high-voltage inverter energy-saving technological transformation of this energy-saving priorities facing the favorable external environment through the thesis analyzed CM’s energy conservation By integrating enterprise production into practice on basis of PEST analysis. And it has analyzed the advantages,disadvantages of CM,and also have analyzed the menaces and the chances the company facing by the SWOT analysis.Simultaneously,it has analyzed the interests between the aboving two and put forwarded the risks of contract energy management and the program implementation recommendations. The author believes that it can improve the energy efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises from solving the bottleneck of enterprise energy conservation by the high voltage inverter-saving technological transformation EPC program of CM in the favorable national industry policies currently. |
