| Industrial technology innovation strategic alliance is a new kind of organization which contains the obstructions of knowledge transfer. The obstructions of knowledge transfer do harm to the healthy development of alliance, destroy the cooperation between the members of alliance, damage the innovation ability of alliance. The obstructions have respect to the long-term stabilization and the development of alliance. Right way is needed to find out the factors that do harm to knowledge transfer to protect the healthy operation of alliance. This paper is trying to find out the causes of the knowledge transfer’s obstructions, divide the obstructions of knowledge transfer into different categories by all kinds of members. There will be more obstructions of knowledge transfer if enterprise do not provide enough capital to scientific research institutions and do not guide the demand of research and development clearly. Also, if the scientific research institutions can’t provide rich innovation achievements, knowledge transfer will be affected. The knowledge transfer of industrial technology innovation strategic alliance can be seen as a large and neat system. We can find that chains’ combination, knowledge gap, benefit and the situation of supply and demand are the contingency factors of knowledge transfer by dividing the chains. Coal Industrial Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance is the most representative organization in the industry. Since this alliance’s vigorous development and achievement, we choose this group as case to study the obstructions of knowledge transfer can make it easier to find out the source. To eliminate the obstructions of knowledge transfer, we should enhance the members’ efficiency of knowledge transfer. We should improve the member’s willingness and ability of knowledge transfer. The alliance should strengthen the trust mechanism and enhance the constraint to evaluate the effects of knowledge transfer. |
