Strategic Human Resource Planning(SHRP) is the processes of Human ResourceManagement(HRM), it is based on the formulation of corporate, and effectively promoting andguiding about the development of strategic by combining HRP and the enterprise strategy,also by promoting HRP up to the strategic height. In modern enterprises and organizations, therole of people is becoming more and more important with the competition,environmentbecomes more and more complex. In the modern enterprise strategic planning, the content ofHRP will be referred to the key point of the strategy. In order to keep its high performance andsustainable growth, enterprise should keep on planning and amendeding the activities of humanresource management.The TB company, known as a large private enterprise by combining several state-ownedenterprises which is in the period of rapid growth and development. It needs stronger supportfrom human resources, and its institution-building needs to tune up with the development ofcompany. So, according to the company’s future development strategy, make scientific HRPwill be the most important one.According to the importance about Human Resource Planning Management in theprocesses to reach the goal of corporate, this essay uses TB company as an example, focus onthe different HRP’s strategies in different strategic environments.There are five chapters in this essay.Firstly, the paper explains the research backgroundand current research situation, put forward the research significance of this thesis, explain theresearch thread and research methods; secondly, the chapter is the introduction of the SHRPtheory system, and it’s explain the decisive significance of linkage from HRP and enterprisestrategy management; thirdly, is the present situation and the problems of TB, Indicate that thecompany should achieve the SHRP objectives, look into the strategic orientation and itsapplication requirements of HRP with different strategic environment and strategic targetconditions; and then, the special design about the SHRP for TB; finally, it is the application ofSHRP in TB, proposed the prospect and further studying content.In order to illustrate the point of essay, the writer also use many research methods, such asstrategic management, demand forecasting of human resources and the human resources supplyanalysis. Through these research and put into practice to test, it has superior referencesignificance for the expansion of SHRP.
