Since the beginning of this century,China's economy has grown steadily,but domestic labor market is still facing labor shortage,high labor cost,and changed management targets and management techniques,which posed a great challenge to the construction industry,an important part of the national economy,and resulted in lower economic growth of the construction industry.Our country has put forward higher requirements for building industrialization,ecological civilization construction and "going global"With steel structure as the main business,G Steel Structure Company is a traditional steel structure construction enterprise.Its corporate mission is to expand human's happiness space and its corporate vision is to become "the most competitive investment and construction group in the world." In face of such international and domestic environment as well as its corporate strategy,G steel structure has to adopt the sustainable development strategy to adjust its business layout and develop its emerging business and at the same time consolidate its traditional business.During the business transformation,human resource has to be planned scientifically & reasonably and closely integrated with company's strategy to provide sufficient & excellent personnel for the enterprise,which makes great significance for the enterprise to achieve healthy and sustainable development.Based on the related theoretical researches of human resources planning and the method of PEST and SWOT,firstly,this paper introduces the general situation of G steel company,analyzes its macro environment,micro environment,industry environment as well as its own advantages and disadvantages.Secondly,according to G Steel Structure Company's business strategy,especially its business transformation and upgrading needs,this paper has fully analyzed the company's human resource planning problems and causes.Lastly,this paper makes a future manpower resources planning for this company,mainly focused on personnel supply and demand,human resources planning implementation and security measures to balance the company's human resources supply and demand in order to satisfy the changes of the market,and ultimately to achieve corporate strategic goals and sustainable development.
