A Research On Influence Factors And Countermeasure Of High-tech Industry Technology Innovation Capacity

As high-tech industry itself has some characteristics, such as the knowledge andtechnology-intensive, resource and product diversification, replacement fast, research anddevelopment investment and so on, technology innovation capacity requirement ofhigh-tech industry is higher than other industries. Thus, we target on high-tech industry,and then define the scope of high-tech industry: medical and pharmaceutical productsmanufacturing, aircraft and spacecraft manufacturing, electronic and telecommunicationequipments manufacturing, computer and office equipments manufacturing, medicaltreatment instrument and meter manufacturing, analysis the affect factors of technologyinnovation capacity of high-tech industry, then give some advice to improve technologyinnovation capacity of high-tech industry.We use1995-2009data of high-tech industry, set up a regression model, use SPSSstatistical software to analysis technology innovation capacity. The results suggest thatsome factors have a significant effect on technology innovation capacity, such as R&Dcapital, enterprises capital and digestion and absorption of technology; some factors don’thave a significant effect on technology innovation capacity, such as R&D personnel,government capital and technology introduction.Finally, we give some advice to improve technology innovation capacity: first,increase R&D personnel and funds, and increase speed of R&D funds is faster than R&Dpersonnel; second, improve the affect of government funds, increase the enterprises fundsinvestment; third, increase the investment of digestion and absorption of technology andtechnology introduction, but should pay more attention to digestion and absorption oftechnology while technology introduction.
