In the food pyramid which is agreed with the scholars, fish meat birds and eggs areat the top of the pyramid. The protein of the fish is the best among the four food, for theunsaturated fatty acids which is contained in the fish could reduce the blood lipids andclear the blood vessels. The data shows that the fish play an important role in our dailylife, and provide almost40%proteins to over60%world’s population. For example,about10billion people recognized that the fish protein is the main source of theirprotein in Asia. In China, the total production value of fishery increased almost10timesfrom1978to1997. The total output of aquatic products was47.47million tons in2007,which more1.63million tons than2006. The marine catches was12.43million tons in2007, which less0.19million tons than2006. From the data above, we can safely givethe conclusion that the fishery is important in our economics. The usage of the fishery resources can back to the ancient period. At that time, thepopulation of the world was small; the fishing capacity was low; and the fisheryresources could multiple themselves to provide products to human. Because of this, people draw a conclusion that the fishery resources are inexhaustible in supply andalways available for use, and the concept lasts until1850s. But with the extinction of theterrestrial organisms, People began to consider whether the animal has its own ability toreproduce will face extinction. With the1982"United Nations Convention on Law of the Sea," the promulgationof the coastal state was given the use and management of exclusive economic rights andobligations. But at least initially, in a market driven economy, generally happen is forthe marine exercise rights than obligations, and ultimately led to drastically reducefishery resources, degradation of ecosystems. In1987, the "sustainable development"concept was put forward after the epoch-making, countries began to put the sustainableuse of marine fisheries on the agenda. The first chapter introduces the background of the sustainable marine fisheries andthe significance of the study, and then summarized the study of foreign scholars, andfinally introduced in this paper for the sustainable use of fisheries resources researchmethods and ideas. The second chapter focuses on the sustainable development offisheries resources and related theories, and concludes the impact of the factors in thesustainable use of fisheries resources. The third chapter is the use of game theory, fromthe static game to the dynamic game, the game from simple to complex game, whichmeet the conditions of the government and fishermen to spontaneously reach thesustainable use of fisheries resources to achieve positive-sum game. Chapter four ismainly from the empirical point of view, the use of econometric models and related data,to discuss the greatest impact on the marine catch of the factors, then in order to achievethe sustainable use of fisheries resources, the larger factor of influence to be targetedadjustments and improvements. Chapter five is based mainly on the third and fourthchapters analyze the results, discussion in order to achieve sustainable use of fisheryresources and practical measures can be taken.
