Abstract/Summary:
The Knowledge economy era is the age of competition, and high quality talentshave become an important factor that the enterprises to establish the competitiveadvantage. To business enterprises, training is the fountain to cultivate thetalents resources, the staffs’ learning and growing is the basic of enterprisesto realize all strategy goals, strengthen staffs’ training, not only achieve thedevelopment of the organization, keep the need of the enterprises’ competitiveability, but also an important mean to attract talents,improve staffs’ loyaltyfor enterprises. Training needs analysis is the first step of training, only makethe right training needs analysis, can ensure the smooth progress of the trainingand effective analysis.The new developments of the psychological dynamics and the application inthe human resources management have provided us some new ideas to undertaketraining needs analysis. This paper combines the theory and practice, First, theimportance of training needs analysis study, Then, in the new development ofpsychodynamic theory to sort out at the same time, try the integration ofpsychodynamic theory and training management, established a new type of trainingneeds analysis system when combining the dynamics theory of psychology, andcompared it with the traditional training needs analysis, Then, the paperintroduces a state-owned enterprises’ actual case that to develop a trainingneeds analysis and application which based on psychological dynamics; Finally,this paper brings forward the existing problem and improving direction of thepsychological dynamics’ application in training management, and points out thefuture research direction of the training needs analysis.
