Human resources are the most important resources in the development process of enterprises.The quality of human resources directly determines the sustainable development of enterprises.Human resources have become a key factor in the vitality of enterprises.Considering human resources as a scarce resource,we have planned and stepped forward the development of human resources from the perspective of training and development,which has far-reaching significance for the long-term development of the company.Recruitment,as the most important part of human resource management,is particularly critical for companies.The right people are the key to the success of the company.Therefore,whether a company can recruit talents suitable for a company in the recruitment process is a topic most concerned by the company.This article takes J Company as the research object,and based on the relevant concepts,aims at the talent recruitment of the internal engineering department of J Group,builds the competency model of J Company's talent recruitment,and ensures that the competency model of J Company's talent recruitment is scientific and reasonable.This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the J company's competency model index system,and finally determines the weight of the first and second index.In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment system of the company J based on the competency model in this paper,this paper adopts the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate it.Through the research,it shows that the talent recruitment system of the company J based on the competency model constructed in this paper is effective.Finally,we put forward the safeguard measures for the operation of the J company's recruitment management system. |
