G company was founded in1934and experienced expand construction with thenational investment of1.7million RMB in1952. Since then it becomes the first fanprofessional manufacturers.The research and development of G enterprise started very late, undeveloped,system construction is not perfect. But along with the competition situation intensifies,the problems caused by existing research management system largely limit theenterprise technology innovation ability, and become the soft rib of the enterprisedevelopment. Although, most of the product designing technology and manufacturinglevel of G Company are in the domestic leading position and some products and unittechnology have reached or come close to the contemporary international similarproduct level, there is still a large gap compared with foreign countries. And atpresent G group company has not a complete set of development strategy, thecompany development strategy formulation and effective implementation is nowimminent, only make accurate r&d strategy can guide the r&d high-speeddevelopment, so as to catch up with the world’s advanced enterprise.The independent innovation becomes the only choice of development strategy.The company should develop new products which can surpass the foreigncompetitors to gain a firm foothold in the market. The company will aim at theinternational advanced enterprise, closely track the market development direction,speed up the pace of technological innovation, launch timely market-need highlysophisticated products, improve the national important technical device developmentsupporting ability and service ability, increase international market share, set up theinternational brand, and continue to consolidate the leading position of the domesticmarket.To speed up the enterprise development is our historical mission entrusted by theprosperity of the national industry. We have to speed up development, catch up with the world advanced technology, form strong international market management andcompetitive strength, face the fierce market competition, bear the national majorequipment of the localization of burden, and promote national important technicalequipment localization process.
