Research On Innovation Network Of Industrial Cluster Based On The Social Network Structure

In the regional economic development, industrial cluster is playing an more and more important role, and innovation is the motive force and lifeline of industrial cluster development enterprises in cluster are in an social networks which constitutes of intermediary, financial institutions, schools and scientific research institutions, government agencies.Cluster innovation process is inseparable from each member’s function of social network,network is the essential characteristic of industry cluster.This paper’s perspective of social network research from the whole and macroscopical angle for enterprise technology innovation management,it can provide valuable insights, and provide important enlightenment for policy formation and management practice.The mechanism inefficient of innovation and R&D has become the main obstacle of the development of Jiangxi industry, a lot of cluster enterprises are facing the pressure of foreign technical barriers.Jiangxi government formulate industrial policies consider most about how to enhance the industrial clusters innovation management ability and strengthen the innovation ability.This article uses the social network analysis, the whole network structure of2-mode network in the matrix and graph analysis on four types of network current situation which enterprises are between intermediary、government、financial institutions、University and scientific research orgnaization of Jiangxi jinlu industry cluster,gets cluster network characteristics,puts forward Countermeasure according to the network problems from a social network perspective,provdes support for technology innovation management of cluser interprises in a cluster from a systematic perspective, and hopes the government to form the cluster innovation policy.
