Study On The Cultivation And Development Of Technological Innovation-based Enterprise Of Jiangsu Province

Since the technological innovation-based enterprises has being the decisionpower of building innovative countries, more and more countries and localgovernments at all levels pay attention to the cultivation of the innovative enterprises.At present, Jiangsu province is in the key period of establishing innovative provinces,how to improve the scientific and technological innovation of enterprises in Jiangsuprovince as soon as possible, and cultivate a large number of science and technologyinnovation enterprises, with independent intellectual property rights, continuousinnovation ability and independent brand, becoming the important work of the wholeprovince in the new period. Exploring the cultivation technological innovation-basedenterprises in Jiangsu, there is not only to provide the theory basis and the scientificmethod for enterprises in market competition to win a sustainable competitiveadvantage, and also help to enhance Jiangsu independent innovation ability greatly,and this also have far-reaching significance for the building of innovative country.Based on the previous research achievements, this study summarize theexperience of developed countries cultivated and the developed innovative enterprisetechnology, which from the risk investment, the combination of alliance, socializationservice, and so on. At the same time, from the general situation of the development,vitality and strength, innovation investment and technology enterprise developmentpresent situation. Comparing with Beijing and Guangdong’s, we can find out thatJiangsu technology innovation enterprise exists some problems still. On this basis,this paper further analysis the growth environment of Jiangsu technologicalinnovation-based enterprises. Finally, this paper puts forth some developmentalcountermeasure on how to promote the cultivation of technological innovation-basedenterprises in Jangsu. These measures will help the government to build anenvironment which is propitious to innovation, and will promote the technologicalinnovation-based enterprises growing better and faster.
