Since the1990s, economic globalization trend continue to be prominent and the externalbusiness environment has become increasingly complex and dynamic, the rapid of technologicalchange and knowledge updates is faster, urgent requirement to maintain their corecompetitiveness. The concept of human resource theory is that core competitiveness ofenterprises is from the key and scarcity of human resources, the core staff. For a long time,enthusiasm of core staff can’t be sustained, along with frequent flow of core staff, all of these arethe direct manifestation of the lack of incentive. Especially within the private enterprises,organizational pay incentive system is flawed, the performance and organizational contributionsof core staff is not satisfactory. Therefore, how to retain and develop core staff through effectiveincentive pay system and sound system is an urgent task in the process of core staff managementwithin private enterprise.This paper select maintaining the competitive advantage of the internal core talent as astarting point, the WS Group, a private enterprises, as a case study, by constructing aperformance compensation incentive system, supplemented by other incentives to motivate andmaintain core employees. First, the research raise the question and introduce the significance andstatus of study,describe core staff motivation characteristics, the main mode theories ofcompensation incentive, in-depth analysis the current situation and trend of private enterpriseincentive compensation, in order to provide directional guidance; Secondly, introduce the basiccurrent situation of the WS Group’s core staff and compensation incentive, through thequestionnaire survey of the core staff’s compensation satisfaction, find the main problem; Again,combine with the core staff’s the situation of the WS Group, system design of optimizationprogram incentive compensation system, elaborate the implementation process of the programand attention problems; Finally, make a summary and evaluation of the results of the study tooptimize the expected effect of the program, and pointed out the lack of research and the futuredirection of development.
