In today’s world within the scope of business to keep a strong driving force of development and strengthening enterprise’s core competitiveness, which is very important one link is to establish and improve the effective core staff incentive mechanism, enterprise core staff incentive mechanism, through the establishment of a mature can inspire the potential of employees to the greatest extent.
