Studies On The Urban Land Use Structure And Layout In Hunan Province

Through using the data of urban land use and economy in late2009in Hunan Province, this paper analyzes the characteristics of urban land use structure and layout, discusses the development trend of urban land use structure and layout in Hunan; Through using factor analysis and principal component analysis and other statistical method.and using SPSS18.0software, evaluates the potential of land use of14prefecture-level city (autonomous state)in Hunan Province, gets the following conclusions:1. The proportions of industrial and mining and warehouse land and residential land and transportation land structure are in line with the national standards, but the difference between regions and cities is very disparity. The proportion of commercial and business land and park and green space land and water and water conservacy facilities land and special land structrure is lower than the national standard, the proportion of administration and public services land and leisure land structure is higher than the national standard. The distribution of urban land in Hunan Province is extrememly unbalanced, the distribution of special land and transportation land is multiporarization, other urban land form as the center of Changsha and Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, develop along the Beijing-Guangzhou railway, proliferate to all around situation. Western Hunan is relatively backward.2.The urban construction land in Hunan expands too fast, arable land accounts for one-third area; Intensive use degree of land in Small and medium-sized city is lower than the national land standard, the land use potential in Changsha City、Yueyang City、Hengyang City is bigger, and the urban land use potential in Xiangxi State and Zhangjiajie City are lower.Puts forward suggestions of urban land use development in Hunan:1.Makes scientific plan of urban land, optimizes the urban land use structure and layout. Controls the use and intensity of urban land, implements the policies on industrial transfer gradiently and the plans integrating Changsha and Zhuzhou and Xiangtan City, specificates the sets on city, coordinates the development on urban land; 2. Plans the scale of urban land reasonably, expands the stereo space on urban land moderately. Revises and plans the urban range reasonably, builds and develops ecotype and public transport-oriented cities, get the whole balance;3. Exscute the laws and supervise and manage on urban land strictly, promote saving on using land. Start land enrollment strictly, exerts the function of land dynamic monitoring fully.
