Professional Technicians Team-leadership Research

Professional technicians are the backbone of our personnel, the main force of China’s economic construction. With the constant enhancement of the complexity and uncertainty of technological innovation, the professional and technical work is increasingly dependent on the "team" mode. Characteristics and the situation of professional and technical team have made a challenge to the traditional hierarchy leadership; shared leadership emerged as a new select team of professional and technical personnel leadership.Shared leadership is a dynamic and interactive group-influenced process, in this process expertise of the team members will be in accordance with the mandate of its team members of the appropriate expertise to fulfill leadership functions, and according to situational changes, leadership role will be dynamically replaced in order to achieve the goal of the team and organization. As a new style of leadership to meet the needs of the times, shared leadership theory research is relatively rich, and empirical research has just started in our country.This essay has used document analysis, questionnaire, personal interview, and personal interview, through a series of rigorous program of professional and technical personnel to explore shared leadership in content and structure, and developed the scale of the shared leadership of professional and technical personnel.The research has collected data from about30teams of122employee-samples, using statistical analysis technology such as SPSS tools and exploratory factor analysis model, resulting in the professional and technical personnel of shared leadership which consists mainly of teamwork, team learning, responsibilities sharing, and team expectations-the four dimensions. At the same time, a total of20items shared leadership scale including the four dimensions has been formed.Finally,21professional and technical teams have been chosen to use the shared leadership scale to measure the problems and their causes in the process during obtaining the team leadership, and provided recommendations to the development of professional and technical personnel team leadership.
