Study On Purchasing Quality Management Of Petrochemical Project

Along with the accelerated process of global economic integration and the social division of labor, the supporting proportion of outside parts among the enterprises increases day by day. Purchasing is playing a more and more important role in the engineering project management, because any enterprise’s production and operation must obtain from outside of raw materials. And purchasing quality determines enterprise project final acceptance quality, also affect the enterprise’s ultimate interests. Petrochemical enterprises have continuously, all-weather production characteristics, equipment in high temperature, high pressure and high sustained corrosion state of flammable, explosive, poisonous, medium, the production of materials needed in the construction of many types, specifications, quantity of impurities, the quality of the purchased goods is directly related to the safety of petrochemical projects. Therefore, the petrochemical projects more need as soon as possible to find an effective quality management and quality control, procurement management system, to avoid quality accident, ensure the project successful operation and acceptance.Fujian petrochemical company limited refinery and ethylene project procurement as a case, the paper analyses petrifaction engineering general contracting project procurement management quality in the realistic problems, based on the procurement of quality system management. And the paper concludes that promoting the project procurement whole process management, supplier "dynamic quantitative assessment" and the procurement of good high standards of testing are the core measures to the problems in the current petrochemical project procurement management system. In order to ensure procurement of quality, it also should set up reasonable purchasing quality management organization and strengthen the construction of high-quality procurement team.
