The Early Warning System Research Of Expressway Investment

Along with deeply reforming of investment and financing management system and the various investors of expressway project has been come forth in China, the risk analysis and management on expressway project investment is paid attention to by the investors and managers.The content and key technology to identify, evaluate, deal with and manage the investing risk for expressway project is analyzed and discussed roundly, these methods are instructional and consultable for the investors of expressway project.The status of risk analysis for expressway project investment in china is investigated in detail. The future trouble, which is induced by lacking the risk analysis for highway project, is discussed detailedly.Based on the methods and concept of risk management for engineering project, the definition, character, discriminating methods and type of investment risk of expressway project is studied in this dissertation. The early warning system is put forward to evaluate the risk of expressway project investment and is used in the example about the risk analysis on the Chongqing Yanjiang expressway project, then the cash flow measure and the scheme of sharing the investment risk is discussed on the risk analysis for the Chongqing Yanjiang expressway project in this dissertation.
