The Analysis Of The Impact Of The Evolution Of The Industrial Structure On The Transfer Of Rural Surplus Labor Force

In this paper, on the basis of previous studies, we understand the economic laws of evolution of the industrial structure and rural surplus labor transfer. We know the process of change in industrial structure and the transfer of rural surplus labor force Since China’s reform and opening up, then understand the history and current situation of industrial structure and labor transfer. Subsequently, analyze the impact of the evolution of the industrial structure of the transfer of rural surplus labor force from three angles of the three industries output value, specific gravity, technical level. Of rural surplus labor transfer and three industrial output value changes are positive correlation. There is cointegration relationship between the proportion of industry and the transfer of rural surplus labor force. After analyze the impact of Technical level on the transfer of rural surplus labor force, we know that the increase in primary industry brings more transfer of labor force, and we also know that the increase in secondary industry and tertiary industry cause less transfer of labor force. At last, the author put forward some policy suggestions.
