With the rapid development of the knowledge-based economy, the trend ofglobalization has gradually penetrated into various fields, the development of China’sautomobile industry and other industries, but also to participate in the internationalindustrial competition, and faced with the growing challenge of multinational giants.BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Toyota, more and more well-known car companiesbegan to enter the Chinese market on a large scale, when the global auto industry isstill under the impact of the U.S. economic crisis, the international automobileindustry drained before China as an emerging car market development is very rapid,and its production and sales to new heights in the "Eleventh Five-Year" period, in2010, for example, China’s auto industry production and sales of18,264,700and18,061,900, an increase of32.44%and32.37%more than the United States, and inone fell swoop become the superpower of the world’s automobile production and sales.China’s1.3billion population, and the majority of the automotive consumer marketmultinational auto companies in the eyes of sweet cake. Their advantages intechnology, capital, management experience makes far behind China’s autoenterprises, Chinese auto companies are facing increasing pressure.The face of the repression of the various aspects of multinational corporations,Chinese auto companies did not flinch, they have been deeply aware of theimportance of talent, and only focus on talent, train companies own talent, in order toenable enterprises in this new situation under an invincible position in the marketcompetition, and even to grow and develop. This advantage obtained rely on therational use and development of human resources. In this process, the role of training,especially through training to enhance the capacity and quality of staff, so that theybecome a crucial factor on the development of enterprises and talents. By induction system of the theory set forth for the specific circumstances of thisspecial group of new entry college students, combined with the company’s humanresources training, to establish a complete set of the training process, and in practice,constantly evolve.
