China is a country with a large population. Therefore we have a large quantity of laborpopulation, and we possess rich human resources. But with the development of economicglobalization and knowledge-based economy, the development of modern enterprise willrely more and more on the role of the senior human resources.As the characteristics of the senior talents, it is deficient in senior human resources.Therefore the modern enterprises should not only take a new look at the importance of thesenior human resources, and consider the senior human resources allocation in theenterprise strategic height, but also need more specific measures, to develop the existinghuman resources effectively. Maybe one day, they could be the important senior humanresources for the enterprises. When there are potential senior talents in the enterprise, weneed carry out the proper training with existing enterprise resources; when the existingsenior human resources can not meet the development needs, we need recruit the rightpeople from enterprise exterior with scientific measures.The thesis will summarize the senior human resources development methods based onliterature research and the actual practice in a modern enterprise. With this research, wehope these development methods can help achieve more rapid development of the modernenterprise.
