At present, China is in the crucial period of economic and social transition, whileChina maritime branch is going through a crucial conversion, the maritime branch isexperiencing from the public service unit to Civil service administrative department, butalso is in the key moments and significant period of strategic opportunities of processing oftransformation, developing of assault fortified positions, promoting. With the execution ofpracticing of governing the country according to law, maritime development andceaselessly reform process acceleration, the public democratic law ideas’ strengthening,the modern highly development of information medium catalysis, the public opinionsupervision’s promotion and sustainable development, especially the Internet, new mediainnovation development tendency being even strong, as the national marine safetytransportation supervisor, it is unavoidable to been pushed in the social relations historyforward. Thus, the study of the construction of the maritime public relations is pushing tothe current our country maritime theory on the front end. As for The maritime branch, howto change the role, becoming a service type government, being clean and operateefficiently? It is a great challenge that how to handle the Maritime Department of publicrelations in the role transition.In this thesis, the maritime public relations are studied as subject from the perspective ofshipping companies. The thesis analyzed publics of maritime public relations from theperspective of dissemination of science, in combination with the maritime sector successfulPR case, looking for both common experience, analysis in the process of dissemination offeedback, assessment, monitoring and management and put forward the correspondingpublic relations dissemination strategy. Specifically, the first theoretically defines maritimepublic relation concept, basic characteristics, and components; and transfer to Hong Kongand foreign maritime public relations experience to launch the analysis; finally summarizesthe applicable to Chinese Maritime Department of public relations principle and strategy.The chapters are as follows. The first chapter introduces the research background, current status and significance,research contents and methods;The second chapter expounds the maritime public relations important characteristics.First of all, domestic maritime development are described, and the public relations, publicrelations and maritime public relations carries on the elaboration, pointed out its newperiod maritime public relations important characteristics and facing opportunities andchallenges.The third chapter uses the ideal of the system analysis on maritime public relations, themain and the object by the use of public relations and communication theory, and thenanalyzes the maritime public relations dissemination process and characteristics, diagnosticproblems, and the process of dissemination of problem analysis, pointed out that themaritime public relations public dissemination activities shall follow the principle.The fourth chapter briefly introduces domestic and international maritime publicrelations experience, combined with Shanghai maritime bureau for public relations practiceexperience, then summed up the processing of the maritime public relations skills.The fifth chapter of our maritime public relations construction measures, operationprinciple, and gives the concrete implementation suggestion.At the summary of the full text, the maritime macro public relations research processare briefly summarized, and the maritime public relationship between microscopicresearches are prospected.
