And thedefective of the labor employment system in service industry leads to thelegal rights of labors can not be guaranteed, in addition the urban populationdo not well know the national knowledge, national laws and regulations andnational policy, so they can’t correctly treat this part of the people, whichmade their urban community identity and national belonging is generallylow.How to improve their living conditions? This article introduced basic production andlive situation of them, analyzed many difficulties and faced dilemma forthis"special" workers in their production and life arear, and also thought theimprovement of their production and living condition.
