Qujing City is the first major coal city in Yunnan Province,it has coal prospective reserves of27.2billion tons,accounting for51percent of Yunnan Province. Beginning in2007, the coal industry to become the the largest pillar industry in Qujing. The future of the city’s coal industry development will be related to the progress and level of economic construction in Yunnan. M is a professional investment Company which commitment to the coal industry chain integration and investment holding in Qujing City. Now, the company has already established for three years. When the company is in promising,energy use of the changing way of important strategic opportunities and the rapid development of the golden era; The company is faced Enormous strength, which come from scale is not big enough, funds are shortage of, the direction for development not clear enough, business development at a great deal of randomness and so on. With the advance of the work of the national energy saving, coal-fired powder burning taken by industrial enterprises will gradually be banned, clean burning energy is the urgent needs of social development. Seize the opportunity of the times, to develop in line with the times and needs of the society development strategy is a great driving force of M to create a competitive advantage.In this paper, basic on the theory of corporate strategic management, I concentrate on the company’s development strategy of the M system. The first chapter outlines the content of the research, the composition of the system and relevant strategy theory. The second chapter makes a comprehensive analysis of the company’s strategic environment, including the macro-environment of the company, industry and competitive environment, and the inner condition of the company. And the key part is the analysis of the inner condition of the company.Based on the above analysis, Chapter Three positions itself about its relationship with the government and operating model Chapter. As to the relations with the Government, it will depend on the government to fulfill government projects. At the same time, it will take market benefit into account. It will gradually walk from the policy of investment companies to the transformation of state-owned capital operating company operating model, market-oriented investment company restructuring and development of the road again. Senior leaders and managers in the part of the company based on the SPACE matrix theory design the questionnaire, conducting investigations, using the weighted average method, the results of the questionnaire are transformed into the coordinates of the point vector axis, according to the point vector where matrix quadrant to to enterprising quadrant, we can see that the M are enterprising companies, pursuant to which the proposed development strategy designed for M Company. The goal is to become the strategic transformation of the coal and coal manufacturing liquefied natural gas suppliers, enhance corporate value.Based on the company’s positioning, the fourth chapter designs the company’s development strategy, including the guidelines of the development, the strategic objectives, value system and so on, and finally draw a strategy map to visually design and demonstrate the company’s three main goals:coal resources industry chain integration and capital management platform; the coal manufacturers of clean energy development; urban and industrial parks, natural gas supply service provider.Chapter five brings up the strategy implementation of the company from five aspects. First, industrial development ideas, which is to go the road of coal resources integration of industrial chain, raw coal production based on coal deep-processing and finishing products for the pilot, as the core of the development and utilization of liquefied natural gas to coke oven gas, coal supply chain logistics management support transformation. Industrial layout based subsidiary M coal production base, as a subsidiary of Qujing and Zhaotong window, completion of radiation internal and external logistics network of Yunnan Province. The implementation of the strategy is focused around efficient clean use of coal. Then it established the business model of "three-step integration of coal resources on downstream products. Finally both safe production and sales oriented thinking to optimize the company’s management and control model.At the end of the paper, it summarizes the full text of the work and research, and think about the direction which can further study the issue. Prospecting the further enrich the strategic research theory, it can provide a reference to the future development planning of similar enterprises.
