Port Service Industry Spatial Organization Research

Port service industry is a modern port city development system of the segment of acenter, to improve the competitiveness of port hinterland, drive plays an important role ineconomic development. With the reform deepening of distribution, port facilities andinfrastructure is ceaseless and perfect, carriage ability increases ceaselessly. But the portservice industry started relatively late, service system development lags behind relativelydisordered, space layout, and port development shows two element structure feature.Answer relatively with this, port service industry theoretical study has many gaps. so, portservice industry spatial organization research is important significance for the improve portservice industry theoretical system.In this paper, it is use the port services concept and characteristic that as researchfoundation, follow certain principle, has established the port services integrated serviceability evaluation index system. And the use of the indicator system for the coastaleconomic belt of Liaoning six port service area comprehensive service ability of theempirical analysis, conclusions are drawn for Dalian port area the advantage is clear,followed by the port of Yingkou service area, Jinzhou port, Panjin in port service areaservice area, service area of Hu Ludao port Dandong port service area is the worst. This isuseful for the Liaoning coastal economic belt six port status and deficiencies of therespective service area, clearly for the port service area key development has importantrealistic significance. As important factors improve the competitiveness of port services,carries on the reasonable spatial organization is the key link. Therefore, based on therelevant spatial organization theory research, the port transport services, port logisticsservices, port derivative service industry spatial organization model respectively layerlayout mode, point-axis model, interactive mode. In the integration of three kinds of modelsbased on the combination of ports, development process, put forward haven service industryspatial organization model for the extended model.
