This decision with a public–oriented, we cansolve the residents to enjoy a good living environment, on the other hand, urban socio-economic and cultural economic development is a direct impact on urban developmentpatterns between direct or indirect interaction.County administrative division of the geographical unit and Liaozhong County is locatedin the geometric center of the Northeast Asian economic zone and Shenyang Economic Zone.It connect the coastal economic zone， relative the intersection north and south.This article mainly describes the planning space, through the study of Liaozhongcounty planning area. The county has been divided into several areas-a center area and otherrelative areas. The article focus on the development of the center and how this area lead thearound area economic development. Though the use of advantages-to-disadvantages contrastanalysis, the results show that Liaozhong County is an important part in the ShenyangEconomic Zone. It is the southern tip of Shenyang West Industrial Corridor industrialagglomerations. In accordance with the “coastal economy” theory, the gradual establishmentof the strategic vision of Shenyang Offshore Economic Zone, and actively explore thepractice of off shore-inland economic development of abdominal mode, polarization centeraxis development, the region driven by way of the industrial layout, and promote the overallraising the level of regional urban development status of this region in Liaoning has alarge room for improvement, gained unprecedented momentum.
