Supplier Selection And Game Playing Analysis In Green Supply Chain

With the increasing of the globalization and the market competition, coupled with people’s growing concern of environmental pollution and low-carbon economy, the development of manufacturing enterprises which pollute the environment seriously has been greatly hindered. If manufacturing enterprises want to survive and sustain their development, it is extremely important to manage logistics scientifically. Therefore, green supply chain management has become necessary to logistics management for the enterprises to implement. And green supply chain source supplier evaluation and selection plays a pivotal role in the entire green supply chain. The supplier of choice directly affects the competitiveness of enterprises, as well as the entire green supply chain operation effect. In order to search an integrity green supply chain and promote the development of green supplier management, the vendors that supply parts and raw materials should be considered not only on the present management mechanism but also the factors of sustainable development, so as to improve the development of green supplier management.With the development of green supply chain management, this paper firstly develops the review of this area to know this field of research and development. Secondly, according to the specific circumstances of the suppliers of manufacturing enterprises in China, basing on the theory of green supply chain management and combining with experts consulting, we try to establish the supplier evaluation index system. Thirdly, we get the cluster analysis by SPSS for data to verify the rationality of supplier evaluation classify. Though the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, we determine the weight of the supplier evaluation combined with the supplier review scoring report and expert assessment. Then we introduce the ELECTRE-I method to evaluate selection of suppliers in order to get a comprehensive evaluation of the manufacturing enterprises suppliers. Finally, we analyze the game relationship between the government, suppliers, manufacturing enterprises from the environmental point of view, and establish the model of government-enterprise coordination strategy in green environmental management to enhance the competitiveness of the entire green supply chain. This paper applies the theoretical research and case studies, the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method for businesses to be a reference in the practical application.
