Under The Environment Of Cluster Enterprise Development Strategy Research

Following the industrial transfer drives that the industrial agglomeration advantages of is unceasingly highlighting, enterprise gathering has become to a trend of enterprise development. More than that, with its special advantages in Henan province that the industry gathering area construction has made outstanding achievement, and especially in the textile and clothing industry cluster in the construction. Therefore, I set Henan province textile clothing enterprise as an example. This paper analyzes the agglomeration of the trend of enterprise development environment; the enterprise in the gathering area of the development strategy is to have the real significance.This paper bases on textile clothing enterprise goes the way of the concentration trend and the reason analysis, it is a convenience way to analyze the model of PEST in macro environment;"diamond model" medium environment and SWOT analysis method in Henan province which focus on the different micro strategy under the environment of industry cluster of textile clothing enterprise development strategy.Compare with the industry gathering area under the environment of enterprise and the non-concentration of the enterprise environment, the strategic analysis pay more attention on the "gathering area medium environment"; and focus on the development strategy to think about whether the enterprise strategy and gathering area general development strategy be on speaking term:Strategy implementation and evaluation process to make full use of gathering area advantages, analyze whether the agglomeration advantages of enteiprise; In the gathering area and enterprise level to the enterprise gathering area in the development strategy of the environment more influence factors on the basis of analysis, combined with the case study of Henan province, and concludes that the resources of the industry gathering area driven model which under the environment of enterprise can be based on the resource advantage and centralization of reference for the professional development strategy mode; Trade driven model industry gathering area environment for enterprise which based on market advantages characteristic management development strategy mode; Industrial transfer type of industrial cluster areas under the environment of enterprise for low cost of production factors based on expanding type strategic advantages mode; Planning guide type of industrial cluster areas of the department of environment for enterprise development strategy policy advantages growth mode. So as to prove the gathering environment factors is more important to considerate in the gathering under the environment of enterprise than the gathering under the environment of enterprise strategic non-consideration.
