Modern logistics management is not only pursuing the minimization of cost, but also thereducing consumption of resource and reducing pollution of environment. Therefore, the evaluationof a logistics system needs to see the perfect degree of the system, the cost, and the environmentalfriendly degree. However, the study of green degree of logistics in China is still in the beginningstage, and most of them had little data to support. Therefore, it has an important academic value andpractical significance to research the evaluation of the green degree of logistics. This paper combined relevant theory of the utility function and the green degree, determinedthe weight of index, and established the evaluation model of the green degree of the logistic unitgrid. The main contents and innovation point of this paper are as follows:(1) Based on the queuing theory and stochastic network, this paper analyses the logisticssystem from the point of system. It resoled the logistic unit grid into three pieces, such as customerside, logistics side, and environment side.(2) On the basis of the theory of utility function, the paper set up three utility functions on thecustomer, the logistics and the environment side. Then, I classified the utility function of the threeparts.(3) It summarized the various methods of determining the weight, specified the index andweights of the logistic unit grid.It synthesized distribution law and utility function, introducing thenumber of weight, constructed an evaluating model of the green degree of a logistic unit grid.(4) Using LINGO software programming, the paper analogue analogue simulation logisticsnetwork scale, and makes the analysis of the results...
