As the society enters into the era of knowledge economy, human resource has became the first resource of social development. Improving the level of human resource development is essential both to the economic progress of country and to the development of enterprise. With the competition of countries becoming fierce and the development of science and technologies dramatically improved, the general quality of human resource has became the central part of competition among companies. Of all the human resource management activities, training is a very important approach to acquire advantages over other companies. So how to obtain human resource advantages and improve the competitiveness is gaining increased attention from enterprises. The training mode based on the career development perspective introduces the analyses of career development in every part of training activities and makes the training more targeted. By implementing career development planning, the enterprise can improve the staff’s awareness of career development, motivate the staff to join the training and strengthen the feasibility of training effectiveness transformation. So the training based on the career development perspective is the wisely choice to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper adopts the methods of literature research, data analysis, induction and questionnaire survey. The investigation the staff of DY company reveals that the staff’s satisfaction of current training system is low, and the training needs analysis is not good enough. Many people have high demands yet the chance is not enough. The implementation of assessment mechanism after training is de-normalized. The effect is not ideal and not improved.The DY company is a developer and dealer of professional radio communication system. Along with the reform of professional radio communication system policy in our country, the increased needs caused more intense market competition. DY company has to build a high-quality team to deal with the challenge. So according to the analysis of the status quo, this paper generalized two important problems, designed both training and implement scheme which based on career development perspective and carried out effective training effect evaluation and training achievement transformation. This paper mainly argues about how to take full advantage of training and career development and give impetus to the human resource management and the development of company.This paper firstly reviews contemporary training theory and career development theory. Based on the researched on domestic and foreign literatures, this paper generalizes related theory and forms direction of research and main idea. Secondly, this paper based on the career development, analyzed the state quo and pointed out the main problem in training. Thirdly, the paper integrated career development with all aspects of training, designed training scheme with the supports of organizational support, system guarantee, training needs survey, training implementing planning, training effect evaluation and training achievement transformation.By implementing of training scheme based on career development perspective, the DY company integrated career development with training and ran through all aspects training with career development methods, so that the need of staff’s self-development can be satisfied and the initiatives can be motivated. The main problem of training system in DY company is finally resolved and the scientificalness of training and the feasibility of system is enhanced. The training scheme based on the career development perspective not only fully improves the quality of staff, but also reserves talents for enterprises. It can also become the powerful impetus of development,gain advantages for the enterprises and provide necessary protection for both enterprise and staff.
