With the acceleration of global economic integrity, the evolution of marketeconomy and the continues improvement of technology, the competition betweenenterprises are increasingly fierce, Certainly let staff feel the faster pace of work andhigher requirements, Employee’s work pressure increasing. Nowadays every airlineexist in the complicated, changeable and highly transparent market environment, inorder to improve the competitive advantage of enterprises, civil aviation must beproceed from the brand awareness, service satisfaction, flight punctuality rate, highrunning efficiency and the safety of the aircraft and so on, therefore the civil aviationcrew team will take more from working load pressure, relationship pressure, securitypressure, service attitude pressure and so on. At the same time, the civil aviation isalso high risk, high technology industry; it depends on employees take greaterpressure in this industry. From external environment, high-speed rail and othertransportation alternatives, several private airlines, civil aviation growing externalpressure sources; from internal resources, in order to improve the corecompetitiveness of civil aviation, must rely on employees to achieve operationefficiency, and high security, interpersonal relationship, working load pressure resultsin the decrease of employees work enthusiasm; from the safety factors, mechanicalfailure and external environment factors causing accident rate is declining, and theflight crew has become a major error caused by the accident. Excessive pressure notonly can make the staff emerge physical and mental health, but also can affect theemployee’s working status, and can lead to a major accident seriously. Nowadays, stress management has become one of the most pressing issues in enterprisemanagement in the21st century, strong sensitivity to security of civil aviation, theemployee’s work pressure is an important risk source in airlines, this article is basedon this, through using the means of stress management to reduce the too heavy workpressure and let them keep modest, the best pressure in the civil aviation crew team, let employees maintain the optimistic, positive mindset to improve employee’s workefficiency, and to improve the performance of the entire organization and corecompetitiveness finally. At present abroad study stress management has formed a comparatively perfecttheory system, based on this theory, this paper has adapted some pragmatic methods,Firstly, through analyzed pressure causes and the characteristics for the civil aviationcrew team, then according to the wide range of research and field research to analyzethe pressure source of the civil aviation crew team, designed in accordance with thecivil aviation crew team stressor questionnaire survey, and issuing questionnaires, collect the questionnaire survey of the civil aviation crew team pressure source andanalysis the data, according to the primary, optimization methods such as indicators toextract a relatively important source of stress evaluation index, establish a stressevaluation index system. Then through principal component analysis and factoranalysis to quantitative assessment of civil aviation crew team pressure, and designedthe project of the civil aviation crew team stress management. At the social level, establish and implement relevant laws and regulations of security system and providemental health advisory services for them and so on; at the organizational level, set upflexible work schedule, encouraged employees to participate in career management, establish a fair mechanism and so on; at the individual level, find their own pressuresource, improve their work ability under pressure, develop good work habits and soon. Solve the civil aviation crew team excessive pressure problems fundamentallythrough these levels.
