Transformational Leadership, Organizational Learning And Entrepreneurial Performance

Underthe backgroundof entrepreneurship era,how to enhancing the entrepreneurialperformance is undoubtedly an important issue to many companies.To this issue, thisreaserch discussed the relationship between transformational leadership,organizationallearning and entrepreneurial performance from the perspective of entrepreneurialorientation theory.This reaserch build a theoretical model through literaturemethodology,makinguseofSPSS17.0and AMOS20.0statistical software to analyze thedata collected by questionnaire,therefore discussedinfluencemechanism between them.This reaserch obtained six major conclusions:(1)Leaders with transformationalleadership style can enhance the organization’s level of entrepreneurial orientation;(2)Transformational leadership style can promote organizational learning atmosphere;(3)Raising the level of entrepreneurial orientation can promote organizational learningatmosphere;(4)Good organizational learning environment can enhance entrepreneurialperformance;(5)Entrepreneurial orientation can not directly affect entrepreneurialperformance, butindirecteffects of entrepreneurial performance worksthroughorganizationallearning;(6)Transformationalleadership can not only affect entrepreneurialperformance through entrepreneurial orientation,indirect effects must be deferredon therole of entrepreneurial orientation and organizational learning synchronously.This reaserchhas certain theoretical and practical significance.In theory,it pointsthattransformational leadership,entrepreneurial orientation and organizational learningare key factors to improve entrepreneurial performance, and through deep and closeinteraction to achieve the enterprise performance improvement.In practice,it providescountermeasures and solutions for companies to improve entrepreneurial performance.
