This paper mainly research the promotion of enterprise innovation ability overall compensation system, through the domestic and foreign relevant research, aiming at the limitation of the personnel and salary are increasingly relying on innovation ability development of the proposed design concept, analysis of the total compensation system and applicability, the specific design of total compensation system and the implementation of the steps and security. The total compensation system is a specific business successful case to prove the total compensation has realistic directive significance to the promotion of enterprise innovation ability.The thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, introduces the research background and research significance of this article, in this paper, the key problems to be solved were determined, the comprehensive compensation mainly the theory of literature review, the research methods and content of this article. Salary system has always been with the existence and development of an enterprise is closely related to the issues of common concern, become the focus of enterprises and employees.The second chapter has made the detailed analysis to the salary theory, from the aspects of the meaning, content, characteristics of salary, evolution development deeply, and the total compensation is analyzed in theory. At the same time, made of innovation capability of enterprises, including the definition and concept of enterprise innovation ability, factors affecting describes the present situation of innovation ability of enterprises of our country and the promotion of enterprise innovation ability, process design of total compensation system in order to improve the innovation capacity of enterprises as the guidance, from the basic theory of salary management, showing the various links salary management includes comprehensive salary, incentive, performance, knowledge workers, the. Put forward the necessity of comprehensive compensation system construction.The third chapter of this paper is to analyze the case--the salary problem of company A to do a simple introduction. Analysis of the A’s survey of the industry, company profile, staff ratio, the organizational structure, the status of salary system of company A was analyzed, the existing problems are analyzed.The fourth chapter is the detailed design of the total compensation system. The use of project management, human resource management, organizational behavior, knowledge management theory applicable to building a comprehensive compensation system were analyzed in detail, finally reveals the difference of total compensation and traditional compensation. Based on the comprehensive salary applicability, the relevant application study on how to build a comprehensive compensation system. Presents the basic principle of comprehensive salary system design, formulated the idea and concrete steps of comprehensive salary system design, and in the A enterprises to implement overall reward management case, studies the influence of comprehensive salary system design to promote the enterprise innovation ability, that total compensation implementation of enterprise to retain talents and have an important role in improving the enterprise innovation ability. Based on the qualitative analysis of the method of system analysis, a scientific and practical comprehensive enterprise salary management development and application program design.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect. This chapter summarizes the research results of this paper have put forward comprehensive, objective evaluation on the comprehensive salary system, insufficient use of in practice the total compensation system may exist are analyzed and prospect.
