According to the demand requirement of Nuclear Safety Law and Regulation, these three power stations have been equipped with radioactive waste treatment facilities, but exist the problem of instability in the amount of waste treatment, disproportionate capacity of the facility, unbalanced human resources, unstable processing system or erratic operation rate of the facility, which makes economic benefits failed to maximize.This paper first conducted an investigation in reactor type, commissioning date, design life, power, plant location distribution in china, having an acquaintance with the waste generation, processing technology, management mode, construction of supporting facilities and waste minimize in Qinshan Nuclear Power base. According to the investigation results, we analyzed the management status of radioactive waste in Qinshan Nuclear Power Base, summarizing the problem of waste management in Qinshan Base, proposing the intensive management program of radioactive waste in Qinshan Nuclear Power Base, The design of radioactive waste intensive management program is divided into three parts. The first part is intensive management mode. In order to achieve flexible operation, efficient management, fully task, saving resource, integrate the resources of nuclear power base, set up the professional radioactive waste management company. This company have factory treatment department, site centralized treatment department and external treatment department. The second part is optimize the process layout. In order to achieve professional, efficient service purpose, on account of radioactive waste generation and treatment characteristics, in accordance with the proximity, intensive treatment and regional disposal principles, radioactive waste conditioning function area is divided into factory treatment, site treatment and external treatment. The third part is the intensive of treatment technology and treatment system. In order to increase technology and system capability, the treatment system of Qinshan nuclear power base was integrated, and eliminate, modify or shut down several treatment system and facilities, increase radioactive combustible solid waste pyrolysis and super compression facilities.Then this paper analyzed the feasibility of the intensive management program of radioactive waste from the aspect of theory, technology, economy and society. According to the analytical result, the program proposed in this paper can increase the utilization ratio of waste treatment facility in Qinshan Base, reduce the running cost, as well as satisfy the proper dispose of radioactive waste at Qinshan Nuclear Power Base. |
