At the present, the new generation after1980s and1990s grow up, which makes up a larger and larger proportion in the work. The special growth environment makes contributions to the different characteristics of the new generation from that of the generation of1960s and1970s. How to effectively manage the new generation employees has been the urgent problem that should be solved.With the rise of Enterprise Culture, such topics as work value and work satisfaction has become the new concern of human resources. Included in the system of personal values and in close relation with value theory in life, work value is the reflection of people’s value on work, which is a conception or an attitude towards their own occupation. Work satisfaction is employees’response towards one or several factors related to work, such as the condition of working environment, interpersonal relationship, salary and organizational justice. Work satisfaction would change according to the impact of inner self and the external environment.The thesis discusses the related factors that would affect the new generation employees’work value and work satisfaction with related research methods. The thesis is made up of3parts:the first part concludes and summarizes the related literature review. It elaborates the current domestic research condition about the new generation employees and puts forward the study conceptive model and theoretical assumption. The second part is the questionnaire survey and the statistic analysis. It conducts descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and regression analysis through SPSS21.0, thus verify the accuracy of the hypothesis model. The last part confirms that work value would greatly influence work satisfaction. The enterprises should focus on the difference of the new generaion employees, promptly improve HR management, gradually establish the people-oriented enterprise culture and improve the new generation employees’work satisfaction in order to make contributions to the permanent performance of enterprises.
