Dynamic Evaluation About Intensive Utilization Of Agricultural Land In Nanchong City

Our country’s agricultural land resources have a main characteristic of largequantity but low per capita, especially the cultivated land. It is the basic guarantee ofthe economic and social development in our country about how to configure farmlandresources efficient, improve the intensive utilization efficiency of agricultural land,and increase the intensive utilization degree of agricultural land, and it is also theObjective requirement of harmonious development and sustainable utilization ofagricultural land in man-land relationship. Paper take Nanchong city as research,selecting13indicators, constructing the evaluation system in the intensive utilizationdegree of agricultural land based on PSR model, and using AHP to determine indexweight. On this basis, using PCA descent the intensive utilization degree in evaluationindex, get two principal component factors, and take13indexes in15years between1996and2010into two Principal component factors, in order to make Dynamicevaluation analysis. Thesis mainly achieved the following results:(1) Constructing the evaluation system in Nanchong’s intensive utilization degreeof agricultural land based on PSR model successfully.Which contains the target layer,criterion layer and index layer three layers, have a total of13indicators of evaluationsystem framework.(2) Using AHP to determine and sort index weight, achieve the sorting result ofindex about the target layer.(3) Using PCA descent15years’ index and data of13indicators in Nanchongfrom1996to2010in evaluation index, get two principal component factors, whichcontain a majority of information of13indexes and make the Blurs explain of these13indexes. Basic factors include ten indicators from the original13indicators;Secondary factor includes the rest of the three indicators. (4)Calculating the intensive utilization of agricultural land’s index weight byweighted method and AHP. In conclusion, intensive utilization of agricultural land ofNanchong between1996and2010raising year by year, which keeping pace with theregional economic and social development.
