Research On Medium And Small-Sized Enterprises Of Voluntary Chain Of Logistics Enterprises Based On Cooperation And Competition Idea

Since the 21^st century, modern logistics which came with the Chinese reform and opening-up. has become one of the focuses of Chinese economic development. Medium and Small-sized logistics enterprises take the overwhelming majority in domestic logistics enterprises, while its existence, development and strength will influence the healthful and fast development of logistics industry of our country directly. With the overall opening-up of China’s circulation industry in 2005, while newly-minted foreign-funded enterprises bring new technology and advanced management concept to domestic logistics, it aggravates industry competition as well. Aiming at the expansion of domestic large-scale logistic enterprises, medium and small-sized enterprises should put forward the basic principles of modern logistics and advanced operation modes, in order to enhance the competitiveness. Voluntary chain of logistic enterprises is becoming a new promising approach for innovation of logistic structure form, which takes place of the traditional logistics alliance and virtual logistics enterprises.After an overall study on series of questions like development of voluntary chain in retail home and abroad, features of logistics, development of logistics home and abroad, as well as developing status of domestic logistic enterprises, we believe that voluntary chain acts with great market impact and stability, and is promising. Moreover, compared to syndication formats like traditional logistics alliance and virtual logistics enterprises, voluntary chain works with stronger functions of internalization of social organizations.The thesis focuses on the necessity and feasibility for Medium and Small-sized logistics enterprises to choose voluntary chain operation. Then three alliance modes for Medium and Small-sized logistics enterprises, procedures to construct voluntary chain, key issues while constructing were put forward in this thesis. Then finally case study of Jin Cheng Logistics. With the consciousness of cooperation and competition and spread and application of INTERNET, rapid expansion of logistic range in China’s circulation industry and socialization of logistic environment create a more favorable condition for Chain-orientation of logistics. Therefore, we should pay great attention to the research and construction of voluntary-chainlogistics.
