In this study, we utilized Ganoderma Lucidum Spores as the raw material and examined the wall-broken technology of explosion puffing with difference temperature and pressure, combined with the method of super micro-milling. Further, Ganoderma lucidum spores oil was obtained by supercritical CO2extraction technology, and total triterpenoids were determined. The main results were as follows:1The Studies of wall-broken technology of Ganoderma lucidum sporesAccording to the index of moisture content and breaking hardness, the effects of embrittlement temperature, vacuum drying temperature and vacuum drying time were studied through L9(34) orthogonal experiment, range analysis and variance analysis. It was found that the best embrittlement temperature, vacuum drying temperature and vacuum drying time were100℃,80℃and1h respectively, the moisture content and breaking hardness were3.0%and3.7kg. After50min super micro-milling, the sporoderm-broken rate was99.5%.2The optimum process conditions of supercritical CO2extraction.According to the index of extraction rate, the effects of materials, temperature, pressure, time and flow of CO2on the extraction of Ganoderma lucidum spores oil were studied. And the mathematical model were obtained by the quadratic general rotary unitized design. It was showed that the optimum conditions of pressure, temperature, time and flow of CO2were15MPa,38℃,3.0h and25L·h-1respectively, and the final extracting rate was4.41%.3The determination of triterpenoids in Ganoderma lucidum spores oilIn this paper, triterpenoids were determined, and the experimental studies show that we got17.8%Ganoderma lucidum spores oil with the pretreatment of super micro-milling, but the content increased to20.1%when it was combined with the embrittlement technology.
